Members of the Energy Bar Association who practice before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and/or state utility commissions are invited to join the Practices Steering Committee. Committee leaders are dedicated to facilitating a network of engaged individuals and strive to create educational events throughout their terms. Events focus on topics such as gas, oil, and liquids pipeline transportation, liquified natural gas, environment, pipeline safety, and ratemaking. Furthermore, the committee is responsible for completing industry reports for the Energy Law Journal.
