About the EBA Canadian Chapter
The Canadian Chapter of the EBA holds programming events in Canada, but will also hold programming in the U.S., with a Canadian focus. Recent meeting sessions have explored the application and increasing importance of the duty to disclose and its implications for lawyer, regulators, utilities and market participants in North America.
