2023 EBA Mid-Year Energy Forum

That's a wrap! We were so excited to see 360+ of you for an exciting two days of compelling discussions, exceptional professional development and networking opportunities.

The Mid-Year Energy Forum was held at the Marriott Renaissance (newly rebranded to The Westin) in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 10-11, 2023. Attendees included attorneys, energy professionals, regulators, and others who work in the energy law and policy arena. In attendance were people from across the industry who are engaged in all areas of energy law, including antitrust, international energy transactions, legislation and regulatory reform, electric utility regulation, alternative dispute resolution, finance and transactions, and environment and public lands at federal, state, and international levels.
