EBA Members Team with New Mexico State University to Offer FERC Pipeline Ratemaking Course

EBA members Michael Diamond and Mike Pincus (Van Ness Feldman) will once again take part in teaching the FERC Ratemaking for the Pipeline Industry course produced by New Mexico State University’s Center for Public Utilities on May 13-17 in Albuquerque, NM. Van Ness Feldman attorneys have been teaching this course at New Mexico State University since its inception roughly twenty years ago. EBA Members Dave Haag (Brown, Williams, Moorhead & Quinn,) and Rick Smead (RBN Energy) will also be on-hand to share their expertise.
