Senator Jim Inhofe (R-OK) died on July 9, 2024. Senator Inhofe served four terms in the U.S. House of Representatives before being elected to the U.S. Senate in 1994. During his long legislative career, he was vocal on a range of issues related to the U.S. Armed Forces, infrastructure, energy and the environment.
New Energy Sector Reports Analyze Developments In FERC Practice and Natural Gas Regulation
The EBA’s Practices Steering Committee and the Gas, Oils and Liquids Steering Committee have published their energy sector reports summarizing significant regulatory and legal developments. Both reports are part of Volume 44.2 of the Energy Law Journal which is available on the FELJ website.
