My membership lapsed, but I want to be reinstated. Do I have to create a new profile in order to do this online? Should I submit a new member application?

If your membership has expired and you want to be reinstated, you should login with your previous username and password to restore your membership. Go to the EBA website and log into your account with your email address and password.

Once you are logged in to your account, click on “Store” and then “Join EBA.” You will be asked to select the type of membership you would like and if you would like to make any donations to the Charitable Foundation of the Energy Bar Association (CFEBA) or the Foundation for the Energy Law Journal (FELJ). Once you have completed your selections, click “Add to Cart.” You will be taken to your shopping cart where you will be given a final opportunity to add or remove items, as well as adjust quantity. Once you are finished shopping, please click “check-out” to complete your payment.

Your membership will take effect immediately if you file for an attorney membership (including student). If you apply for an energy professional membership, you application will be reviewed by the Energy Bar Association’s Membership Committee and you will be notified of their determination.
