The Energy Bar Association (EBA) is an international, non-profit association with eight regional chapters throughout the United States and Canada. EBA promotes the professional excellence and ethical integrity of its members in the practice, administration, and development of energy laws, regulations and policies. EBA is your tool for connecting with other energy practitioners, for developing your skills and expertise, and for making an impact for your clients or organization.
Being an attorney is not a requirement for membership. If you are interested in energy law and policy, EBA has a place for you.

Private Attorney
For attorneys practicing or interested in energy law from private practice, law firms, and non-profit associations with more than 10 full-time attorneys. $275 Learn More
In-House Counsel
For attorneys who are employed full-time by a corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity, including its subsidiaries and organizational affiliates, that is not itself engaged in the practice of law or the rendering of legal services outside such organization. $270 Learn More
Solo/Small Firm Attorney
For attorneys employed by law firms with 10 or fewer full-time attorneys (inclusive of all full-time attorneys regardless of practice area, exclusive of supportive staff and non-attorney professionals). $275 Learn More
Young Lawyer

Government Attorney
