Within six (6) months after publication All subscriptions are to be prepaid. All subscription prices include shipping and handling (foreign subscriptions are shipped via U.S. airmail). Payable in U.S. dollars with check drawn on a bank in U.S. or money order, process able through U.S. banking system. Checks should be made payable to the Foundation of the Energy Law Journal.
