Northeast Chapter Winter Summit Looks Ahead
On January 18, White & Case LLP graciously hosted the EBA Northeast Chapter Winter Summit, which drew an excited crowd over over 100 people with both in-person and virtual attendance. The panels focused on the year ahead for FERC as well as how the current state of inflation is impacting energy infrastructure investment and planning.
Northeast Chapter President Jennifer Tribulski noted that “the Winter Summit was an excellent opportunity to get back together to learn alongside of, and network with, energy bar lawyers and industry experts! With energy transition as a backdrop, we heard about the top priorities of Acting Chairman Willie Phillips and Commissioner Christie of FERC, and from Jeff Dennis from the DOE Grid Deployment Office. Also important in this conversation was a panel exploring the impacts of inflation on developing resources in this transition.”
The Northeast Chapter leadership would like to thank White & Case for its generosity hosting the event, and a special thanks to all of the panelists who gave generously of their time and expertise. Lastly, thank you to all of the event sponsors for their continued support of the EBA programs.
