Audio/Powerpoint of Q&A with FERC Staff on Operating Without a Quorum Now Available


On February 22, the Energy Bar Association and Dentons US LLP held a Q&A with senior Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) officials on how the agency would operate in the absence of a quorum of FERC commissioners. Following the resignation of Chairman Norman Bay on February 3, FERC currently has two sitting commissioners and is absent of the needed three commissioners necessary to operate with a quorum.
