EBA Energizer: NERC Enforcement 101- An Overview of NERC’s Enforcement Authority
Join the Compliance and Enforcement Committee for an Energizer on NERC Enforcement 101.
The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) is recognized by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as an Electric Reliability Organization, whose mission is to assure the reliability and security of the North American bulk power system. The Compliance and Enforcement Committee’s Fall Energizer presentation, “NERC Enforcement 101,” will present an overview of NERC’s enforcement authority and jurisdiction, including changes to the scope and focus of its enforcement activities, and potential future changes. The presentation will give attendees the chance to listen, ask questions, and meet representatives of NERC.

There is also a Capital Bikeshare station at 12th and G Streets. Video conferencing will also be available. Attendees should bring their own lunch, drinks and a light dessert will be provided.
