EBA Energizer: Mediating Your Case in Federal Trial Courts
The EBA Alternative Dispute Resolution committee and the Western Chapter of the Energy Bar Association would like for you to join them for this event.
The program will provide valuable insights for those litigating energy disputes in the federal district court. The presenters include the Director of the ADR Office of the federal district court in San Francisco which provides an extensive ADR program to litigants. The panel also includes the president of a private mediation provider.
